LEGAL
Privacy Policy
Effective August 12, 2026
This policy explains how StepBridge MD handles information submitted through StepBridgeMD.com. The website provides educational product information and is not a clinical service.
Information we collect
If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, selected program, and message. Do not submit patient information, medical records, payment-card details, passwords, or protected health information.
How we use it
We use contact information to answer your inquiry, provide requested product information, prevent abuse, and maintain basic service records. We do not sell contact-form information.
Contact-form delivery
When the secure email integration is configured, the website sends the inquiry to consultant@stepbridgemd.com through an email-delivery provider. Until then, the form opens a prepared message in your own email application. The website does not request or store your mailbox password.
Payments and digital delivery
Purchases are not currently enabled. When checkout is added, payment information will be entered on a third-party provider's secure page. StepBridge MD will not place raw card details in this website. The provider's own privacy policy will also apply.
Storage and retention
Inquiry messages may be retained in the StepBridge MD business mailbox for customer support and recordkeeping, then deleted when no longer reasonably needed. Future order records will remain in the connected payment or delivery provider according to that provider's settings and applicable law.
Cookies and analytics
This launch version does not intentionally set advertising cookies or install a marketing analytics service. The hosting platform may process technical request data needed for security and delivery.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete contact information we control, subject to legal or transaction-record obligations. Email the address below with enough detail to identify the inquiry.
